At so dessert, we do our best to make a low impact on Earth.
Traditional gifting companies will source individual items, have those items delivered to their warehouses, assemble gift baskets of various items, and finally, ship them out to gift recipients. That's a lot of steps for one gift.
We're doing things differently. Our products are all made-to-order in our artisan bakery, then packed and shipped to the gift recipient. It's simple, sweet, and better for the planet.
On top of that, we've sourced packaging that meets our high standards for a low impact.
- Our cookie boxes are made of 100% recycled material.
- Our tissue paper is made of 100% FSC-certified, recycled paper, and is compostable. (Fully breaks down within 180 days in a home compost, or 90 days in a commercial composting facility).
- Our stickers and labels are 100% recyclable.
- Our plastic bags are 100% recyclable.
- Our shipping box paper stuffing is made of 100% recycled material, including 40% post-consumer fiber.
